Michelle Gebhart manages the Customer Adoption Program in EPA's Office of Mission Support. She is charged with educating and inspiring employees to change ingrained work habits and use new technologies. She also works to ensure that the tools provided are meeting employees' needs. She has worked in the IT department at EPA for 9 years. Major projects include launching EPA's first Learning Management System, starting and managing an enterprise IT training program, implementing change management plans for EPA's transition from Lotus Notes to Office 365, and driving adoption of new technologies from web-conferencing to SharePoint. Michelle earned undergraduate degrees in Journalism and English and a Master's degree in Public Administration. She previously worked as a teacher in Oaxaca, Mexico. She likes hiking, traveling, throwing block parties and enjoying her children: Lucas, 7, and Audrey, 6.
