Historically, there was a consistent lack of communication at Helmerich & Payne, but reaching field employees was particularly difficult and unreliable. To solve this issue, a project was established to deliver a fully modern, mobile-friendly, single-sign on, secured company intranet for all employees no matter the location or job function in six months using existing resource. Building a modern intranet using SharePoint Online was meant to create a better way for all employees – regardless of location – to get the information they needed.

- Using a O365 SharePoint Online Communication site, the team was able to launch a new, centralized resource for employees to easily access personal information as well as important company updates in six months.
